RETURN POLICY

At LUX Naturals we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However due to the personal nature of bath and body products, if the products have been opened and/or used, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. For sanitary reasons, it is impossible to verify the quality of our products once they have left our possession and therefore are not resellable. We will not accept burned Candles for return or exchange. If a Bath Bomb gets broken during shipping it is not considered damaged due to the fact that it can still be used. We have done our best to give you the most accurate description possible to help you make a decision, because we know that fragrance is a very individual thing. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions about a particular product or fragrance.
